Description

Returns or sets the vertical offset of the partial scan window.

Example

This VB example sets the vertical ofset of the video window to 64 pixels:

ActiveDcam1.StartY = 64
MsgBox ActiveDcam1.StartY

Remarks

This property is available only for partial scan (Format 7) Modes and allows you to set the vertical offset of the top left corner of the scan window in pixels. Only certain values StartY can be allowed depending on the camera. If the property is set to a value which is not supported by the camera, it will be reset to the nearest allowable one.
